At Tarantula Cribs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
